Happened last sunday (Feb. 10, 2008) since Soqui's 'rents were in "tipid" mode we decided to just celebrate the 
party at Yale. FYI. the lot in Yale, Cubao is actually our lola's and my dad is the "caretaker" of it as of the moment. so my dad decided to convert it as a parking space for now so at least he could earn from it since he's been taking good care of this couple of years ago. the place has a good location...ive been asking my dad na instead of looking for a buyer to just buy the lot for us and we can build our house there na lang. going back, it was sunday afternoon...well we're late. everyone's always late...i suppose. it was simple party...few kids invited. at least we get to celebrate it.
