Isha got a cd that she wanted to watch...Laura's Star...that's the title of the movie. its about a 7-year-old Laura has just moved to a new city with her family and she is having a hard time finding new friends. Then, one night she watches a little star fall from the sky. She rushes to find the star and discovers it's been hurt in the fall. With loving care, she mends its broken point – and it's the beginning of a fantastic friendship. then, there's this scene when Laura was chasing her mother(looks like her mother..i guess!) since she left the stick-like something they use to play the cello for a concert at the opera house. "Mommy, asan punta mommy nya?" and i just said "May pinuntahan sya. She forgot the stick...". then Laura started crying...the moment i look at isha who's in the crib she was about to cry. then i ask why is she crying then she stood up and ran towards me. "Mommy buhat!" o well, mommy just cant resist. period. she kept crying and saying "Mommy, sowee(sorry)!" .. "You dont need to say sorry...i love you" and she just kept crying the moment she saw Laura's star who was about to die. at that moment i was surprised to see the kid cry and she understood the movie. not "so" normal for some kids i know of the same age. see, they kids at that age laugh when someone falls because everybody laughs at it. but what suprises me was that Isha understood that Laura's mother left her...Laura chased her down the road...and the star was about to die...
She was there embracing me and wouldnt let go. after the movie i was able to manage to leave her to the yaya and prepare to sleep. i couldnt help not to cry when i think about it. First realization: Isha's growing up na.sob!sob!sob! Second: with a simple "Mommy!" makes me feel so important and it feels so great that i mean the world to this small girl. she's so small but she totally changed my life...so small but she was able to make hearts melt. awww...im gonna cry again...
