On being happy...

Happiness is a journey, not a destination.

Sino ba naman ang ayaw maging masaya? Of course everyone does. I believe the question should rather be...how far will you take to find that happiness? For me, as long as I'm not hurting anyone I would pursue that journey to my own happiness. It's self satisfaction. It's self-contentment. It's self-fulfillment. People perceive happiness in different forms. Money, career, family...friends. Sabi nga nila you can never have it all. Is that really true? I suppose. It's human nature that WE are never contented. Kaya nga we're human eh. Kasi we want more. Balance - I believe it's the only way that we can live in harmony.

As according to Wikipedia...
Happiness forms a central theme of Buddist teachings For ultimate freedom from suffering, the Eightfold Path leads its practitioner to Nirvana, a state of everlasting peace. Ultimate happiness is only achieved by overcoming craving in all forms..."to eliminate suffering, eliminate craving" -true!

Naks, may Wikipedia ng kasama. Why not? Well, Happiness is a state of mind. Tweet the quote above, sagot naman ni Gelmark ay... @kalayb happiness in a surf board with gerald anderson! - hehehe...hahhaa! funny! I agree. kahit mamatay na ako at least diba? why not?!!? leche, ang ganda ng blog ko eh. So emotional...more on ginawa mong kakatawanan. :)
